My Proud Lineage

It does not come as a surprise to most that my roots originate from a long proud line of businessmen – All visionaries and entrepreneurs in their own right.

My grandfather and his father before him hailed from the rich and vibrant princely state of Hyderabad (now part of the India but during of the days of the British Raj). There, they prospered and built a name for themselves in the fields of agriculture and fam produce. With the creation of Pakistan and India In 1947, he decided to immigrate to Pakistan where he started a small textiles related business firm in Karachi. The only direction that he chose to see was “up” and with that mindset he ended up building a solid foundation for his descendants to prosper upon.

My father inherited the sharp wit of his forbearers and re-defined the family business turning it from a proprietorship into a professional organization with several divisions such as textiles, yarn trading, textile machinery, accessories and parts to building materials and more.

What Makes Me, Me

When I received my Master’s degree in Sales & Marketing (IBA – Institute of Business Administration), I was already ready for the world – not only did I possess a rich blend of experience while working for different organizations till then, I also had belonged to a traditional business minded family and I had grown up watching my father and grandfather conduct business, discuss sales SOPs, handle employees and staff, make detailed action plans and many other things.

Where I Stand

I have lived the life of a sales and marketing person (which I still enjoy a lot) for a long as I can remember while also acting as a write/copywriter throughout my professional journey.. However, I believe that my true reality has always been that of an enterprising individual; who’s genuine strength lies in the power of dreams and in mustering the will to see them through.

Today, I have my own firm but I took a step further than the patriarchs of my family ever did – bring my business into the modern era by going digital, selling dreams and benefits, creating brands and offering promises and credibility. The launch of my own company in 2018 marked a significant time in my life. From that that time till now, I have see some successes, many defeats and innumerable learnings and life lessons.

Looking into the Future

I have helped and coached my people in the past, many of them have been able to transform their lives while following my advices. Till now I had done all this informally and without any real purpose or direction. 

Following the suggestions of my close acquaintances, I have decided to share my experiences of business, brands, sales and marketing, organization and excellence amongst other things. I think these, recollections of my minds, will serve a road map for many individuals who seek to create their own paths and forge their own destinies. 

I can show HOW and what they need is the WILL and the GRIT to carry on.

  • An appreciator of all the beautiful people and things in life
But above all else, I am a person who believes in goodness and does tries to fulfill his part in his own way.

Entrepreneur | Business Buddy

I launched my company in 2018 – but I have been actively involved in business since I completed high school. 

Thanks to my father’s work habits and travelling schedules, I was left in charge as “deputy director” and that’s where I built  most of my business chops.
